• Represent and warrant that you have read and understood these terms and conditions as well as the policies displayed on this Site; and

• Agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as the policies (collectively “the Agreement”).

Product Pricing and Availability

The Products displayed on this Site are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change pricing or specifications on Products and services offered on this Site without incurring any liability whatsoever.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the Products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your computer’s monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in all materials (trademarks, logos, photographs, text, etc.) on the Site are owned by or lawfully used by the Company. These rights are protected by South African and international laws.

You may view, electronically copy, and print portions of the Site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Nimble Print.

You may register an account or check out as a guest. Registered users must keep login details secure. Guest users will receive delivery tracking via email.

Pricing

Prices are in ZAR, exclude VAT, and are valid on the Nimble Print Site only. Promotions are subject to conditions. Errors will be corrected and may result in order cancellation.

Payment

Orders paid by Credit Card or EFT must clear before dispatch. The Company may reject suspicious transactions. No gift vouchers are accepted.

Stock Availability

Stock is not guaranteed. The Company will notify you of shortages but accepts no liability for stock-related delays beyond its control.

Order Confirmation

Your order is accepted when payment clears. Lack of confirmation does not invalidate the sale.

Risk and Ownership

Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership remains with the Company until full payment is received.

Cancellation and Returns

Orders can be canceled before branding approval. Only unbranded items in original condition may be returned within 10 days of delivery.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once goods are dispatched.

Refunds and Replacements

Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced if returned within 10 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Sealed items (e.g., electronics) must be returned unopened.

Warranties

Warranties do not cover misuse or wear and tear. Altering the Product voids the warranty.
